Electronic Cargo Tracking Number (ECTN) Requirement – Effective 14 October 2025

No. XW/WDGB/89/09/2025, dated 30 September 2025), all containers arriving at any port within the Federal Republic of Somalia must, effective 14 October 2025, be accompanied by a valid Electronic Cargo Tracking Number (ECTN).
